Terra Circa Booklet

Se gostaram dos famosos DVD(s) Mondo Enduro e Terra Circa e do livro Mondo Enduro com o diário desta longa viagem à volta do mundo, talvez gostem de saber que foi posto à venda um pequeno livro de 56 páginas sobre a segunda viagem, Terra Circa, sequela da primeira. Eu já encomendei o meu exemplar e deixarei aqui os meus comentários assim que tiver oportunidade de o ler. O Austin Vince já me tinha falado neste livrinho, mas hoje recebi um email dele a este propósito, que transcrevo (omitindo endereços de email), porque acho que vale a pena ser lido. 1) Terra Circa – New Edition

Hi there folks! I hope the Summer Holidays went well. I was at the Dawn To Dusk 12 hr enduro in South Wales and there was much rain! Aggro!

I am writing to let you know that we have just taken delivery of the brand new Terra Circa DVD booklet. We have spent the last six months putting this little 56 page gem together and yes, now I am asking you to buy one. Although the DVD sales are handled by Aimimage Productions in London all the booklet’s pictures, text and graphic design was done by us and frankly, we’re really proud of it.

There isn’t a motorcycle title in the UK that has such a handsome accompanying booklet and even Mondo Enduro has now been eclipsed!

As I meet folks at big shows and events I am constantly exhilarated and enthused by how many people seem to have totally connected with the strong DIY ethic that runs through the Terra Circa expedition. We have no sponsors and none of the DVD sales make us much money. However, if you purchase one of these new DVDs or indeed, just the booklet alone, you will be sponsoring us and hopefully spreading the word.

I want you to be part of a growing grass roots adventure-biking phenomenon. Too many people are sadly now under the impression that to go on a long motorcycle adventure you need corporate backing, hostage release training, doctors and translators accompanying you and huge expensive motorbikes. This is totally untrue and the new Terra Circa DVD and booklet proves it. We want you to buy this new version, enjoy it, tell your friends about it and get them to buy one too!! There’s only a thousand of these printed. It won’t be in Halfords or Woolworths so this is 100% totally rare and unfeasibly cool. If you are reading this e-mail then you are already on a very short list indeed.
